How To Make Homemade Toffee

Homemade ice cream is very easy to make. Simply you need to add brown sugar and butter in a saucepan. Bring it to a boil and continue to cook until it reaches 300 degrees. When the mixture gets brown, pour it onto a silicon baking sheet and allow it to cool. So as the mixture is cooled, break up the toffee into pieces and keep it aside.

First, add half and half, butter, brown sugar, and vanilla in a saucepan. Cook until sugar is completely dissolved. Remove it from heat and add in heavy cream. Refrigerate the mixture for two hours.   • 2 cups half and half
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup toffee bits
