Ice Cream

  • 600 ml double cream
  • 397 g condensed milk (one tin)
  • 275 g Biscoff spread


  • 125 g Biscoff spread
  • 125 g Biscoff biscuits


For the Ice Cream Mix

  • Firstly, add your double cream, condensed milk and Biscoff spread to a bowl.
  • Whisk on a low speed until the ingredients are smooth.
  • Then, whisk until the mixture is thickened. It will take 1-2 minutes.
  • Alternatively, you can whip the cream until soft peaks, and fold the ingredients together.

For Assembly

  • Moreover, melt your Biscoff spread until smooth – for 20-30 seconds in microwave. Also crush your biscuits to small chunks!
  • Then, add 1/3 of your ice cream mix to your tin and swirl through 1/3 of the melted spread and biscuits.
  • Next, repeat twice more so that all the ingredients are completely used up.
