  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 ¼ cups blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 ¼ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 4 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 ½ cups white sugar
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • Firstly, in a saucepan combine sugar and cornstarch; gradually and slowly stir in water so that it gets smooth. Also, stir in blueberries and lemon juice. Let them boil for 5 minutes.  Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
