Use a good and right chocolate combination and melt it gently so that it doesn’t scorch because scorch chocolate is a kind of bad chocolate. Boil the chocolates over the hot water for original taste then by using two forks dip a RITZ peanut cracker in the bowl of melted chocolate after that remove the excess chocolate. Turnover the cracker upside down to check whether it is fully coated in chocolate or not. If the chocolate gets thick or hard you can boil it again for sometime and warm it if needed.
