First you need to whisk almond milk, heavy cream, best, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Add popsicle sticks to each mold and pour ice cream base into each. Then, freeze it for 8 hours. In a separate bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together for 20 seconds in the microwave. Keep it aside to cool. Take the bars out from the freezer and dip them into the melted chocolate mixture. Again, freeze them immediately.

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup Besti Monk Fruit Allulose Blend
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 8 oz Sugar-free dark chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • Firstly, in a bowl whisk almond milk, heavy cream, sweetener, and vanilla extract.
  • Then, add popsicle sticks to each mold.
  • After that, pour the almond milk mixture in each mold and freeze for 8 hours.
  • Moreover, remove the frozen bars from the molds and place them on a baking sheet; return back to the freezer.
  • Next, melt dark chocolate chips together with coconut oil in the microwave for 20 seconds. Keep it aside to cool.
