  • 1 1/2 cups dairy free chocolate chips
  • pinch of salt

  • 3/4 cup virgin coconut oil
  • 1 3/4 cups coconut sugar
  • 4 large eggs, at room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup Almond Breeze
  • 3 cups Blue Diamond Almond Flour
  • 3/4 cup high-quality unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  • First begin by making frosting. For making frosting you need to add coconut cream, chocolate chips, and a small amount of salt. Whisk until it is melted. Transfer it to a bowl. Cover with the plastic wrap and for 6 hours place it in the refrigerator.
  • After that, preheat the oven to 350-degree F. Line the pan with parchment paper. Spray it with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Meanwhile, in a large bowl mix melted and cooled coconut oil, coconut sugar, egg, vanilla, and apple cider vinegar. Mix with an electric beater until it is smooth. Add in almond breeze and unsweetened vanilla almond milk beat until it is well incorporated.
